Accrella

Acceptable Use Policy

Responsible use of Accrella

This policy supplements the Terms of Service and applies to accounts, integrations, uploads, exports, research, AI tools, communications and other uses of Accrella.

Last updated: September 9, 2026

1. Lawful authority and permitted access

Use only information, accounts and integrations you are authorized to access. Respect source licenses, county rules, intellectual property, confidentiality and privacy rights. Public availability does not by itself authorize every reuse. Do not bypass access restrictions, paywalls, rate limits, authentication or security controls.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Do not commit fraud, impersonate a person or government agency, misrepresent ownership or authority, manipulate records, or create deceptive notices, filings or investment materials.
  • Do not harass, threaten, stalk, dox, discriminate unlawfully, exploit vulnerable owners, or use owner information for unlawful pressure or collection practices.
  • Do not upload malware, attack systems, probe without authorization, disrupt availability, evade usage limits, or resell access or restricted data without permission.
  • Do not submit unlawful or infringing material, another person’s credentials, or sensitive information unnecessary for the authorized workflow.

3. Screening and consequential decisions

Accrella is not offered as a consumer reporting agency or consumer-report service. Do not use its records, scores, owner intelligence or AI outputs to determine eligibility for credit, employment, insurance, housing or another purpose requiring a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Do not use it for unlawful discrimination or solely automated decisions that unlawfully affect a person’s rights.

4. Outreach, notices and filings

You are responsible for recipient selection, lawful purpose, required consent, suppression lists, opt-outs and compliance with applicable calling, texting, email, debt-collection, foreclosure and service-of-process requirements. Buying a lien or finding contact information does not establish permission to contact a person by every channel.

Review content, addresses, parties, timing and delivery requirements before authorizing a communication or filing. A generated document, mailing status or delivery receipt does not establish legally sufficient notice, service, filing or compliance. Preserve independently verified evidence.

5. Enforcement and reporting

We may investigate reports, restrict affected activity, remove content or suspend access as described in the Terms. Report suspected abuse or rights violations to legal@accrella.com or through Contact us, including the relevant URL or record, facts and a way to reach you. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. We may request supporting information and will consider corrections or appeals.
