1. Submit a request
Email privacy@accrella.com or use Contact us. Describe whether you seek access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, an applicable opt-out or an appeal. Include a way to reply and enough information to locate the record, such as your account email or a parcel identifier and county. Do not initially send a Social Security number, full payment details, identity document or other unnecessary sensitive information.
2. Verification and authorized agents
We may need proportionate information to verify identity, locate records and confirm an agent’s authority before disclosing or changing information. We use verification information for that purpose and related security obligations. An authorized agent may submit a request; we may require proof of authorization and direct confirmation where permitted.
3. Rights and responses
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to know or access information, obtain a portable copy, correct or delete it, object or restrict processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or opt out of specified uses. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, explain permitted extensions or denials, and will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising rights.
To appeal a denial where an appeal right applies, reply to our decision or contact privacy@accrella.com with the original request reference and reasons for review. You may also complain to your applicable privacy regulator or attorney general. These channels do not limit your statutory remedies.
4. Customer-controlled and public records
Where we process information on a customer’s instructions, we may refer or coordinate your request with that customer. Correcting an Accrella record does not change county, court or other source records; contact the source authority separately for an official correction.
Deletion may be limited by legal obligations, preservation duties, fraud prevention, legitimate audit requirements, others’ rights or other applicable exceptions. Backup copies may persist through their retention cycle. We will explain applicable limits rather than promise immediate or universal removal.
5. Other concerns
Report inaccurate source data, suspected security incidents, accessibility barriers or infringing material through Contact us. For a copyright concern, identify your work, the allegedly infringing material and location, your authority and contact details. This is a general reporting channel and does not represent registration of a statutory copyright agent or a claim to a safe harbor.
