Accrella

Accrella adds attorney-queue context to every serviced certificate

Certificates routed for legal review now carry their source records, deadlines, notices, and reviewer history into the attorney queue — so escalation starts with a complete file.

When a certificate needs counsel, the handoff should not start with a blank page. Attorney-queue context now travels with the file: source records, statutory deadlines, notice versions, disputes, and the reviewer actions that led to escalation.

Accrella is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. What it can do is make sure counsel receives a complete, source-backed packet instead of assembling one from scratch — so review time goes to judgment, not retrieval.

Redemption first, escalation through review

The workflow remains redemption-first. Escalation context is prepared and queued, but the decision to advance any legal step stays with approved human review and outside counsel under their own engagement terms.
