This guidance describes preparation for legal review. It does not announce an automatic attorney queue for every certificate or promise that software assembles a complete legal file. The records required depend on the matter and counsel’s instructions.
Start with the evidence you have
Identify the certificate, parcel, jurisdiction and relevant source records. Accrella supports retained acquisition evidence and controlled evidence-item access. Check which documents have actually been collected and flag missing or conflicting information.
State the question for counsel
Explain the decision you need reviewed and distinguish confirmed facts from assumptions. Ask counsel what further records are needed. A deadline in a note, an AI summary or a prepared document does not establish legal sufficiency or permission to act.
Confirm the handoff
Give authorized reviewers access to the relevant items and confirm that the intended recipient can inspect them. Preserve the version shared and any follow-up questions. Legal advice, filings and decisions to advance a legal action remain separate from organizing an evidence record.
