Identify the official county publication behind a candidate and confirm its parcel or certificate identifier. A retrieval date records when a source was collected; it does not establish when the county published the list or whether the sale instructions remain current.
Separate research from readiness
Before preparing a bid, confirm the sale type, registration, payment requirements and receiving auction platform. Review missing information explicitly. A county appearing in a directory does not establish that these checks are complete.
